Summary:

In my view an extremely intelligent design giving a large home feel to a small block. The house is founded on a thickened edge beam slab with screw piles. The house itself was constructed of cavity brick and a post-tensioned slab with metal roof. The main construction issues on this job consisted of a major sewer re-diversion to construct the pool including the support of the adjoining pool using sheet piles. This house was a pleasure to build for an owner who has a great attention to design and taste. In my opinion the best feature of this home is the use of space and light.
