Prestigious two new home development, each two levels and basement. Two new four and five bedroom homes with guests quarters. Each house has a four car garage. Calacutta Marble through out, quality Kaldewei, Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware, luxurious joinery and Miele appliances. American oak flooring boards with travertine marble to the external areas.

Summary:

This project called for the construction of two new homes on a sloping sandy site. We shored and benched the site in order to build the homes. Both homes were three levels including basement with beautiful sandstone masonry to the facades. The homes were constructed of concrete and cavity masonry with metal roof. Quality Aluminium bi-folds were fitted throughout. The homes were seamlessly finished and fitted with quality inclusions and joinery. An additional stainless steel wet kitchen was fitted to one of the dwellings with guest quarters.
