10 unit quality development, 6 x 1 bedroom apartments, 2 x 2 bedroom apartments, 2 x 3 bedroom penthouses, Schindler Lift to basement car park, Secure parking including separate lockable storage, Quality fitout with brand name fittings such as Villeroy & Boch, Grohe and Smeg appliances.
Demolition of two houses and the construction of a 10 luxury unit development complete with 15 car secure basement parking and quality Schindler lift. All units were built with quality inclusion consisting of Caesar stone benchtops, Smeg ovens and cooktops, Bosch Dryers and Grohe taps. The basement was founded below the water table which presented some construction challenges which were overcome with careful management. Large absorption tanks were placed around the development in order to replenish the aquifer and minimise stormwater impact to the street. Each unit was designed with completely covered balconies and all air conditioning plant was located in the basement to maximise balcony space. The development consisted of clear anodised aluminium widows complete with bi-fold doors to all balconies and courtyards.
